SALON ETIQUETTE
I am dedicated to creating a relaxing and calm environment for all of my guests. If you are running late for your appointment I kindly ask that you notify me by phone. Tardiness longer than 15 minutes may result in rescheduling.

CANCELLATION POLICY
I require 24 hours notice for all cancellation and scheduling changes. When I am given adequate time I can offer that appointment to someone on my cancellation list. If I am not given 24 hours notice, I reserve the right to charge you 50% of the missed service total.
You will receive a text message when your appointment is booked, and again 48 hours before your service, asking you to confirm. In order to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call or text me at: 203-687-3924

CONSULTATION/SERVICE POLICY
Keeping your hair healthy is my #1 goal. I reserve the right to refuse service if I believe your request will compromise the integrity of your hair.

SERVICE SATISFACTION POLICY
I am committed to providing you with the best service possible. If you are unsatisfied, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment so that I can accomodate any adjustments. No refund will be provided.

GIFT CARD POLICY
Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and are not redeemable for cash.
